Here at Whirlwind Winery in Oklahoma, we strive to produce premium quality wines. Here is a list of the currently available wines: Sweet Fay Rosé Our best-selling wine, the current incarnation is a 2007 White Merlot that is light, smooth, and succulently sweet. Honey Apple This unique, award winning fruit wine is a blend of Honey Mead and Red Apple wine. It strikes a wonderful balance between sweet and dry and earthy and fruity. Pair it with practically anything. Try it - you'll like it! Sweet Sanbur Red This one is for our sweet red wine drinkers. A 2006 California Sangiovese that is medium-bodied and sweetened. Wild Sand Plum You won't find wine more indigenous to rural Western Oklahoma than this one. Made from the same quarter-sized wild plums that grow along the dirt roads, its sweet and tart and tastes just like a ripe sand plum, but without the worm! The winemaker has a one word description for this wine - Yummy! Riesling This 2006 Oklahoma Riesling is bold, brash, strong, and steely. Forget sweet and fruity, this definitely is not your grammas' Riesling. Pair it up with any food that overpowers a lighter wine. Our winemaker loves this wine well-chilled with gruyere and green olives. Merlot (2006) This estate bottled Merlot is from all Oklahoma grapes. Its dry, red and rich. Perfect with steak and baked potatoes - do all your heavy lifting with this wine. Serendipity is defined as "luck in finding good fortune accidentally". In the turbulent summer of 2008, our Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, "field blend" started life off without much of a plan but somehow found its own way to good fortune. This dry white is light and refreshing with hints of citrus and smoke. Stilleto (2007) This  is a dry red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel with sharp, spicy notes of pepper and dried fruit.
